Step 1
Complete the new client intake form under the resources tab then go to documents.

Schedule a FREE Exploratory Consultation with one of our Coaches

Put the scheduled appointment in your Outlook or Google Calendar

Review our website and formulate questions for the Coach

Gather your current 3 months of bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns and if self employed YTD and projected earnings. Also, gather all recent bank correspondence. If you are in bankruptcy, bring formation and discharge papers if applicable.

Identify your current lender and download their Request for Mortgage Assistance Package
(If you can not find your bank’s package, call them and request the package via email or fax. Banks tend to delay process by sending packages by regular mail)

Step 7
Complete the package in preparation for your Coaching appointment

Make a list of questions you need answered.

Step 9
Meet with your Coach on the designated day.

Step 10
Sign a Third-Party Authorization form so that your Coach can speak with your bank

Schedule an appointment for you, the Coach and bank to speak about your mortgage assistance eligibility.

Assuming you are eligible for bank assistance, schedule your first organization meeting with your Coach.

Review and complete Loan Mod Coach agreement and supplemental paperwork.

Call us if you have any questions about the agreement or supplemental paperwork.
